Lisa Morgan – Managing Director
As Managing Director I am responsible for the performance of the company and the team. I work closely with our Directors and Associates to evolve our offering in line with market and consumer trends.
Through our IPA Gold accredited Continuous Professional Development programme, we can ensure all the team are equipped with the tools to deliver excellence in client satisfaction. This involves being effectively navigated through the briefing and planning process. The Generation team are then responsible for the delivery of plans to maximise value, quality and return for every pound spent.
My experience working at large network agencies on international accounts such as Mattel and L’Oreal has helped give us a great platform in supporting our “Big Small” approach, by which we can supply our clients with the service, experience and expertise of a larger agency in a bespoke, cost efficient package to fit their requirements.
I regularly contribute to the trade press and an accredited member of the (IPA) International Practitioners in Advertising.
